As each business is individual and has unique needs, there are no standard prices. However, below are examples of what different size businesses can expect. We do not charge by the hour, except for specific one-off projects. This means your budget for our services is set and predictable.

Gold ~ $900/month for a large business with Accounts Payable (Bill Pay), Accounts Receivable (Invoicing), and Financial Road Map Creation with monthly review:

  • Bookkeeping done weekly
  • Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows (Internal Use Only)
  • Initial creation of financial road map with monthly review
  • QuickBooks Online or Xero subscription included
  • Email and virtual real-time support (via Zoom or Google Hangouts)

Silver ~ $520/month for a medium business with Accounts Payable/Bill Pay and Financial Road Map Creation with monthly review:

  • Bookkeeping done biweekly
  • Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows (Internal Use Only)
  • Initial creation of financial road map with monthly review
  • QuickBooks Online or Xero subscription included
  • Email and virtual real-time support (via Zoom or Google Hangouts)

Bronze ~ $180/month for a fairly small business with no additional services:

  • Bookkeeping done monthly
  • Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows (Internal Use Only)
  • QuickBooks Online or Xero subscription included
  • Email support only

Additional Services:

  • Accounts Payable (Bill Pay)

  • Yearly Financial Road Map Creation with monthly review
  • Tracking (i.e. different store locations, product comparisons, services, etc.)
  • Clean up of accounts to standardize them and rectify issues
